| A pro audio veteran with eight years of experience
focusing on the Asian marketplace, Ascough comes to Shure from the
Harman Music Group, where he served as the firm's International Sales
Manager for the entire Asian/Pacific region.
Prior to his role with Harman, he served as Technical Support Manager for the Advanced Communication Equipment International Company Ltd. (ACE), one of Asia's leading distributors of audio and AV components. Ascough has studied electrical and electronic engineering at the Polytechnic Southwest in Plymouth, U.K. Currently, he is enrolled at Heriot-Watt University's Edinburgh School of Business, where he is completing studies leading to his MBA. |
