Sennheiser unveils evolution wireless G2

Sennheiser evolution wireless G2 500er Serie More than four years after the launch of their evolution wireless system, Sennheiser unveiled the 2nd generation of its successful UHF wireless series. Thanks to a broader switching bandwidth of 36 MHz, evolution wireless G2 now makes 1,440 channels available to the user. Bodypack transmitters' and mobile receivers' sizes have been reduced in size considerably. A scan function automatically searches for free channels. A pilot tone squelch ensures that the transmitter microphone can be switched on and off without noise, The (adjustable) squelch can be deactivated for compatibility with the first evolution wireless generation.
Five evolution wireless G2 lines offer a suitable system for vocals, instruments, presentations, camerawork or wireless monitoring.
evolution wireless G2 includes five lines. The most affordable series is the evolution wireless ew 100 G2 featuring 11 sets, covering vocals, musical instrument miking, presentations and camera sound.
Supplied complete with rack adapters, the seven sets in the ew 300 G2 series offer enhanced RF and AF properties for vocals, presentations and instruments. For the ew 500 G2 series, the user can choose from individual components that are supplied complete with accessories. The ew 550 G2 series at the top end of the evolution wireless range includes the EM 550 twin receiver, which can be combined with any transmitter of the 500 series.
The ew 300 IEM G2 offers powerful wireless monitoring system with a compact receiver. The system is supplied complete with rack adapter and earphones.
