Planet Waves introduces the NS Tri-Action Capo

NS Tri-Action Capo At the Summer NAMM Show, Nashville, TN, Booth #1201, Planet Waves introduces the NS Tri-Action Capo. Designed in conjunction with Ned Steinberger, it employs easy-to-operate tri-action geometry. The NS Tri-Action Capo from Planet Waves is designed to assure buzz-free, in-tune performance at any fret.
Not just the average capo on the market, Planet Waves' Tri-Action Capo's patent pending tri-action geometry reduces the force required to open and close the capo and evenly applies tension regardless of guitar neck profile. Combining the micrometer tension adjustment and direct horizontal pressure, the Tri-Action capo virtually eliminates pulling the strings side to side and the need to retune during use.
Additionally, the lightweight aluminum construction adds negligible weight to the neck of the instrument. Available in black and silver, the NS Tri-Action Capo is for 6-string acoustic and electric guitars with radiused fret boards. It also features a built-in pick holder for player's convenience.
Acclaimed designer Ned Steinberger affirms: "The die-cast aluminum Tri-Action capo is a fine precision tool: strong, light, and easy to use, with adjustable spring tension for precise intonation."
"Pushing the envelope is status quo for Planet Waves," says Rob Cunningham, Planet Waves Product Specialist. "Releasing products that solve common problems is our specialty, and the new Tri-Action Capo is no different. Its ability to eliminate string pulling to keep players in tune at every fret makes music-making a breeze."
