Meinl Cymbals proudly welcomes Mel Gaynor to their artist roster. Throughout the years, Mel has mainly made a name for himself as the drummer of renowned superstars Simple Minds. Other artists he worked with include Tina Turner, Elton John, Robert Palmer, Danny Wilde, The Pretenders.
Mel is using Meinl Amun and Byzance Series Cymbals. "Ever since I have heard the Amun and Byzance Cymbals for the first time I'm so impressed with their tonal qualities!" says Mel. "I exclusively use them in the studio as well as live and everybody loves them." |
