30th anniversary CD included with bass drum pedals

Beginning June 15, 2003 and continuing while supplies last, Drum Workshop's historic "30th Anniversary" CD will be included free with all DW 9000 and 5000 Delta 3 Series single and double bass drum pedals purchased in the USA. The double-CD features tracks from 30 of DW's top artists as well as a booklet containing commentaries on their compositions and drum set-up diagrams. "We wanted to create a collection of music that would represent the past, present and future of our company as well as the wide variety of artists, drum sounds and musical styles that are on the scene," says DW's marketing manager and project coordinator Scott Donnell. "Although the project had to be limited to 30 artists, we still feel the discs are an excellent representation of today's drumming."
