During this 100th Anniversary year 2009, Ludwig Drum Company releases the Bun E. Carlos Signature Drum Kit. Carlos played with Cheap Trick's Rick Nielsen already in the Fuse line-up in the early seventies and still is the drumming force ind Cheap Trick behind Nielsen's guitar tricks, Robin Zander's vocals and Tom Petersson's bass, who left the band for a few years and rejoined for a highly succesfukl comeback in the late eighties. Bun E. Carlos also plays is signature kit on tour with his own band Tinted Windows.
A companion shell set to the Bun E. Carlos Snare Drum released earlier in 2009, this Limited Edition Legacy Classic kit features a 14x24" bass drum, 9x13" rack tom, and 16x16" floor tom. Each drum features the new Citrus Glass Glitter finish, Bun E's personal badge, the Ludwig 100th Anniversary badge, and is personally signed and numbered on the inner shell label. With only 50 being made for a very limited time, the LLC3344LXCM set is available through authorized Ludwig Dealers worldwide.
