Full control of 8 MIDI devices with Octavia

Octavia, a software program for Windows PCs, offers a solution. Easy to operate and allowing to handle up to 8 separate MIDI devices, Octavia can do more than just connecting a bunch of MIDI expanders and effect units. Installed on a Windows PC, Octavia can handle the settings of up to eight connected MIDI devices in real time and allows to build uniqe sound settings which can be recalled in a live or a recording situation by simply calling a preset patch. Octavia provides a MIDI control center approaching the set-up of a complex preset using different areas to step by step design sound pads. A mixing 'Console', a 'Voice' display, the 'Set' guide and an 'Effect' section are easy to use tools for building preset and eventually storing it. Using the 'Set' display you even do pitch shifting or add envelopes to a sound. More experienced users even can send out short system exclusive messages. Preset sequences organize presets standing by to be used for a song, a complete show or anything in between. This handy feature is especially useful for live performances.
