Dream Theater's Jordan Rudess performs to help victims

Jordan Rudess, Dream Theater keyboardist and solo recording artist, will be performing a benefit solo concert for American Red Cross on Monday, September 24th, 2001 at the Helen Hayes Performing Arts Center in Nyack, NY. The show will start at 7:30 pm. The tickets will cost $50 and $100 USD, 100% of the proceeds will go to the American Red Cross (tickets are tax deductible).
Attendees are also encouraged to bring donations of non-perishable canned goods so they may be distributed to the families of the victims and to help feed the firefighters, police officers and other rescue workers.
Jordan states, "My heartfelt condolences go out to the families of the victims of the September 11th tragedy. I hope, in some small way, this effort will offer some degree of comfort to the families of the victims."
