Keilwerth Baritone SX90R at Musikmesse Frankfurt

![[Home Page]](home.jpg)

Just in time for Musikmesse Frankfurt 2000, Julius Keilwerth present their
first baritone saxophone of the SX90R series. Like with the SX90R alto
and tenor models the 'R' stands for rolled tone holes. Soldered tone hole
rings achieve improved airtightness, reduction of key noise and a better
sound projection. The new baritone saxophones of the SX90 and the SX90R
series feature a bell support for improved stability. Nick Brignola, awarded
best baritone player already several times, was one of the first to try
the new instrument and was enthusiastic about the sound.
The Julius Keilwerth ST 89 alto and tenor saxophones will be shipping
with a new case made of Greenline-material featuring back-carrying straps.
A new thumbrest which can be adjusted verticallay and horizontally
is available as an accessory for all Keilwerth saxophones. Players with
very large or very small hands can now optimize their hand position.
The highly successful Diamond bows are now available in copper supporting
extra warmth of sound.
