Bungee neckstraps against fatigue

At Musikmesse Frankfurt Codera will show Bungee neckstraps which are ergonomically
designed to comfort saxophone and clarinet players. Standard neckstraps
are adjustable to a fixed length. Moving the instrument from the
upright position alters the mouthpiece position the player is used to and
occasionally cause squeaking to noises or even hurt lips and/or jaws of
the player.
Bungee straps feature two pieces of elastic material close to the musician's
neck and allow a controlled playing poition for the ease of blowing high
notes. The player gets less exhausted even during long sessions.
Different models match the musicians' stage dress. Lace models feature
a thin strap, the Live-Style versions are made of wider material. Standard
versions feature an outer neckpiece made of leather, with the Sports-models
the same part is made out of synthetic cloth. The inner pad of washable
cotton is Velcro-attached and can easily be taken off. Adiitional pads
can be purchased.
