Launched at Plasa 2005, the RCF 4PRO 3002-SMA is an active, 2 way stage monitor. It has an integrated high power Monolithic 350W watt amplifier to drive the woofer section, plus an integrated 50W Monolithic amplifier to feed the high frequency compression driver. The amplifiers are designed using RCF exclusive True Active Extended Dynamics (TAED) technology combining with a complete electronic processor. Using RCF low distortion, high power neodymium transducers, the monitor is unique in its class for output and vocal intelligibility, with excellent feedback immunity. This is achieved using an RCF exclusive ‘Anti Feedback’ processor system within the active electronics. You can be as close as 300mm (12”) to the horn with minimal feedback problems.
The 4PRO 3002-SMA was designed to be a first class stage monitor with high power, presented in a very compact size cabinet. The voice is accurate and deep, the sound transparent in the mid section and extremely accurate at very high frequencies. The 40°x 60° horn provides a smooth and even coverage for the performer. The system is monitored from 4 status LEDs.
Further features include a maximum SPL of 130 dB, 12” high power neodymium woofer, 75mm inside/outside aluminium coil, 2” neodymium titanium dome high frequency driver, limiter and full active system protection, line combo XLR/Jack input, XLR signal output, baltic birch cabinet with side handle for easy transport. |
