Behringer extended their series of lighting equipment with the introduction of the Eurolight LD6230 DMX/analog controlled dimmer pack at PLASA 2003. The LD6230 offers up to 10 A output per channel. Features include 3-phase mains supply, DMX512 interface for digital control, additional 8-pole DIN connector for analog control (0 - 10 V) and adjustable preheat and limiter function for prolonged bulb life.
The LD6230's curve function allows the selection of different fade modes. The switch option facilitates the simple on/off control of each channel, while an automatic digital input check helps detect DMX signal errors. A manual mode function enables dimming without an external lighting console. An auto store users saves all settings after leaving the configuration mode. Failsafe operation in dark stage or club environments is supported by a 3-digit display and dedicated control LEDs. Harting and CEE connection options round out the feature set.
