Calibre launches three new HQView models at infoComm 2010

On the heels of the launch of the HQView product range, Calibre announces the new HQView500 series to be unveiled at InfoComm 2010, Las Vegas, Booth N533. The HQView500 series offers three new scaler, switcher and scan convertors comprising 3G-SDI inputs and outputs as well as edge blend and warp options.
HQView500 series products are universal scalers and scan converters for professional AV applications. Models in the range feature scaling, switching, scan conversion, up/down/cross conversion, edge blend, geometry correction, and warp mapping.
All three models accept a wide range of HD, SD and computer connections including inputs such as 3G-SDI, DVI, HDMI, YPbPr/RGBS, VGA/RGBHV, S-Video, composite PAL NTSC and SECAM. Outputs include 3G-SDI, DVI/HDMI, VGA/RGBHV formats with support for progressive and interlace output modes and genlock to bi-level sync, tri-level sync or black & burst.
HQView520 with Warp & Edge Blend is suitable for geometric correction and blending on curved screens and for 3D dual stacked projector alignment.
HQView500is a universal Scaler-Switcher-Scan converter with Geometry Correction and 3G-SDI input and output connectivity with backwards compatibility with HD-SDI and SD-SDI.
HQView510 offers geometry correction, Edge blend and 3G-SDI for multi-projector edge blending on flat screen.
In the lead-up to the show, the company will also reveal the latest high-profile North American installation. Adding to the company'snincreasing presence in the USA market, the industry's smallest and greenest edge blend and warp processor will be displayed in the Sustainable Products Showcase at InfoComm.
